Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Shane Dias Hair, we deeply value our clients’ time and the dedication of our stylists. To ensure fairness for everyone, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Changes & Cancellations

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Booking Fee Policy

With more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to your next appointment.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the following charges:

  • 50% of the total cost for colour services
  • 100% of the total cost for cut and blow-dry services
    Charges will be applied to the card on file or must be paid before booking a future appointment.

No-Show Appointments

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute rescheduling, but please note that the cancellation fee may still apply.

We understand that life happens, and emergencies are unavoidable. If you experience an extenuating circumstance, please reach out—we assess situations on a case-by-case basis.

    Service prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and colour requirements. While we cannot provide exact quotes over the phone, via email, or social media, we’re happy to offer an estimate.
  • Sustainability Commitment
    As a proud Sustainable Salon, a $3 Green Fee is applied to every visit to support our eco-friendly practices.
  • Appointment Confirmations
    We send a confirmation text or email 48 hours before your appointment as a friendly reminder. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
